Inside Sales North Europe H/F

As part of the development of our activities, we are strengthening our teams in UK and we are recruiting an Inside Sales North Europe H/F

Working closely with the Regional Manager, the Inside Sales will generate leads for Atempo in the North Europe Region (UK + I, Nordics and Baltics, Netherlands).

Job summary 

  • For the mission, the Inside sales will create regular contacts with existing customers and Business Partners
  • Work with Marcom team in the Atempo HQ and post content on LinkedIn and other social media
  • Assist to organize events in the region
  • Work closely with the Atempo Alliances and create database of prospects
  • Contact Customer and Business Partner regularly
  • Respond to any commercial request from customers / prospects / Business Partners: request for information, documentation, meetings, demos
  • Participation in telephone prospecting campaigns
  • Participation in events (Trade fairs, JPO ...) allowing the detection of opportunities
  • Updating of databases / CRM (contact details: email, telephone, address, function, etc.)
  • Development and follow-up of simple commercial proposals
  • Activity reporting

Planned trips : 10% maximum

Technical skills 

  • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent,
  • Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Video conferencing)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and their operation (SalesForce or equivalent)
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills, French will be a plus,
  • File processing : Extraction, database exploitation

Soft skills 

  • Strong sense of customer relationship
  • Autonomous, organized, analytical mind, team worker, sense of initiative, dynamic, creative.
  • Knowledge of the IT environment is an advantage (publisher, manufacturer or integrator)
